The day trip to Raby Castle was lovely, very relaxing. The castle and grounds are amazing and we were lucky enough to see the deer. Our driver, Harrison, was lovely, very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely day out.

Travelled to Wembley with a group of 3 friends for Championship Play Off Final. (Seats 1-4) Our designated pick up from Birtley was on time and our trip to London was timely, comfortable and smooth. Return journey was also good. We would like to say a big "Thank you" to our two drivers Bob & Mark who were superb, professional and friendly with some great banter added along the way which made the trip a pleasure. These two drivers are a credit to your company.

Please pass on our thanks to Andrew and Gary who took our squads down to Kettering in 2 coaches. It is a huge weekend for our squads to take part in the Inter-Regional Championships and it was great to have a comfortable coach to take us to and from the events. Andrew & Gary were lovely and kept in contact with us whilst we were there. On the run up to the weekend, Denise kept us up to date with the confirmed pick up times and places, which took a lot of stress away from the planning. We would highly recommend JH coaches.

I have travelled several times with JH Coaches via National Express several times.
The driver Steve. could not of been more more currtious, helpful, pleasant and nothing was any bother for him.
Im not the only person to comment about Steve, several passengers made very nice compliments about him too.
We will see alot more of Steve as we will be using your Blackpool express service 2 or 3 more times this year, not just me and my partner but family and friends too.

I can't thank Dazza enough for the care and attention that he gave staff and children on their trip to Normandy. He was friendly, helpful, flexible and efficient. He made the trip so much easier.

I enjoyed a day trip to the beautiful Himalayan Gardens and Sculpture Park, then Richmond. I can't describe how amazing the gardens are. The driver, James was lovely, he was very helpful and extremely nice. Thank you for a lovely day out.

Got stuck behind one of the coaches on A87. Driver ignored line of traffic which had built up behind him. Ignorant behaviour which the company needs to urgently address. Complained to them at the time but they never replied.

I and two friends travelled from Birtley to Skipton for the Christmas market. Top marks to your driver Dougie who gave us our safety procedures but who also throughout the journey was just the most vocally entertaining man. He made our journey there and back very enjoyable. We will be back.

Temperature in the coach difficult to get right. Otherwise contented.

Just got back from a trip to Herrriott and Heartbeat Country with my mam and cousin to celebrate my mam's 79th birthday today. Absolutely fabulous trip, and our driver Paul was absolutely lovely. First time we've done a bus trip with this company and it won't be the last. Thank you JH Coaches and to your lovely driver Paul for making my mam's birthday one we will all remember for a long time. My daughters school bus driver Tony 141 wallbottle super helpful went out his way to return my daughters bus pass amazing service!

My problem with our trip is solely about the Edinburgh day trip. We travelled for 5 hours and parked a good 20mins walk to the centre and 20mins back to the bus which gave us just over 3hrs in Edinburgh. Considering most of the passengers were of pensionable age the distance was very gruelling and there was just enough time for lunch and a quick scan of a couple of shops .I speak on behalf of everyone on the bus to say it was very disappointing and would never go back again
