My problem with our trip is solely about the Edinburgh day trip. We travelled for 5 hours and parked a good 20mins walk to the centre and 20mins back to the bus which gave us just over 3hrs in Edinburgh. Considering most of the passengers were of pensionable age the distance was very gruelling and there was just enough time for lunch and a quick scan of a couple of shops .I speak on behalf of everyone on the bus to say it was very disappointing and would never go back again

John and Dan were not only amazing drivers but fantastic tour guides. They were great with the kids and made a long journey enjoyable. Thank you.

Lovely day out for fish and chips on canal boat in Lancaster. Driver Ben was great and we were kept entertained by Billy. Looking for to our next two trips.

Just returned from a trip to Harrogate Spring Flower Show with Justin our driver who was a superb driver, and so considerate, and was accompanied by the wonderful Billy who cared for everybody alon the way. Even though it was not the best weather, the day was highlighted by the creditable pair. Cannot wait to travel with Hughes again xx

A tip-top experience thanks to Andy, the best driver we've had so far ! Not only was he very friendly and welcoming but he also provided the students with lots of fascinating and sometimes very funny touristic details as he drove us from Edinburgh to Newcastle. He also offered to drop us off at Alnwick castle for a quick pic. Not to mention the fact that he taught Geordie to the students!
So long, Newcastle, we'll be back soon!!

This was the second day trip I'd taken in as many weeks with JH Coaches and the great service was consistent. The pickup times were accurate and locations easy to get to. On both trips Harrison was the driver and Billy the tour advisor. Both of them are friendly and personable with nothing being too much trouble. From Harrisons great driving to Billy's clear informative narrative of the days activities. They both always made themselves available for questions and also had helpful recommendations. Thank you!!

Just browsing through the JH Coaches brochure and chanced upon a day trip to the "Falkirk Wheel" and "The Kelpies".
A little reading and we had some idea of what they were so we booked the coach trip and headed out into the countryside to Scotland in a magnificent and extremely comfortable golden coach. The seats were super comfortable and the windows were huge, giving panoramic views across the stunning countryside. Billy the guide and Harrison the driver treated us to a full day of hilarious entertainment and local knowledge. The Falkirk Wheel is a must see - never have I seen such an incredible and massive engineering masterpiece that can lift the narrow boats and others to great height to allow other boats to pass, whilst using the equivalent power of two modern electric kettles. To describe this accurately is difficult - suffice to say that you will likely spend hours marvelling at the spectacle.
Earlier we had driven to the other spectacle "The Kelpies", 30m high metal sculptures of horses built as tributes to the horsepower heritage that was vital to the early industries of Central Scotland. You won't believe them until you see them.
