Our holiday programme includes 30 holidays ranging from 2 days to 8 days throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

2020 was certainly a year we would all rather forget and should have been the inaugural year of our joint JH & Thirlwell’s coach holiday programme. Due to the ongoing COVID uncertainty, this year we deliberately delayed the launch of our now reduced 2021 holiday programme to avoid inevitable cancellations and booking anxiety for our customers. However, as the Government has clarified the “Road out of lock-down” which seems to be firmly on course, we are now happy to go on sale and we welcome all those clients who wish to travel with us, both old and new!!

5. We have COVID secure policies in place and our risk assessments are constantly updated with any changes made to government guidelines.

6. Our cleaning regime includes the anti-virus fogging of coaches daily and all of our holiday tour coaches are now equipped with Aura Smart Air filter systems designed to sanitise the air circulating within the coach whilst operating in service.

7. Our promise is that in the event of enforced cancellations of any tours such as COVID related issues we will always offer you the choice of a full refund, an alternative holiday or a credit note issued no later than two weeks from the date of the tour cancellation.

8. The personal touch remains important to us and your loyalty is very much appreciated. By travelling with us, you can be sure that your comfort, safety and wellbeing is always at the forefront of everything we do.
