"Any email sent was promptly replied to by Ian and any other staff. All queries dealt with. No issues the coach was great. Everytime the coach was there and available ahead of time. The drivers were awesome. When we had issues in the snow, Robbie and Lisa were cool, calm & collected and dealt with the situation amazingly. Lisa and Robbie are assets to the company. They are extremely professional, courteous and great with the students. They worked well with us and i cannot reiterate enough how well they coped with the terrible weather."
